Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contract Remediation Professional to join our team at Barclaycard Payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and dispute resolution, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve complex contractual disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
Analyze and interpret contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize risk and maximize business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Provide expert guidance on contract-related matters to internal stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential contractual issues before they arise.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of contract law, dispute resolution, and negotiation techniques.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is preferred.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
