Contract Manager - IT/BPO

As a Contract Manager at Capgemini, your role involves managing day-to-day operational activities related to contract management for respective engagements/accounts. You will be responsible for planning and managing projects to ensure timely delivery of services with expected quality. Your key responsibilities include: - Prioritizing short/long term projects to meet requirements - Interfacing with external and internal stakeholders for adequate coverage and support - Ensuring compliance of contractual obligations related to IT/BPO contracts - Identifying risks associated with non-compliance and addressing contractual queries - Conducting contract research and recommending contract changes when necessary - Drafting, reviewing, and validating Contract Change Requests, Amendments, SOWs, and Work Orders - Bringing improvements in existing business processes for optimization and meeting quality standards Your knowledge and skills should include: - 4-12 years of experience in Contract Management - Knowledge of outsourcing contract elements and structures - Understanding of commercial and service level aspects of IT/outsourcing contracts - Ability to draft, negotiate, review, and analyze contract documents - Experience in working with Contract Management tools - Strong verbal and written English language skills - Presentation, team management, leadership, problem-solving, and innovation skills - Flexibility to work in UK-US Shift Education and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law - Minimum 4-12 years" experience in corporate firms This position at Capgemini offers you the opportunity to showcase your Contract Management expertise, work in a challenging environment, and contribute to the company's success.,
