Contract Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Contracts Engineer with 3 + years of experience in managing engineering and construction contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Quantity surveying, Rate Analysis, Auto Cad, Preparation of Work order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail study of tender documents, Preparation of pre-bid points, scrutinizing various general and special terms & condition of the contract.
• Preparation of rate analysis of all civil items for the tender bid process
• Preparation of tender and contract documents including BOQs.
• Preparation of site overheads for the tender bid.
• Prepare and finalize the cost estimate. Maintain all files and data related to project.
• Quantity surveying of architectural, structural (including BBS) MEP works. Cross check it by preparing constant sheets.
• Preparation of green schedule (budget) for the awarded contracts.
• Calling for quotations from the contractors, taking quotations, negotiations & making comparative statements.
• Coordinate with various design teams during the tender bid process.
• Quantity surveying & rate analysis of precast structural members
