Job Description

1. Contract Based Data Entry Operator

Description

Contract Data Entry Operator (DEO) for Government Departments, Bihar. Hiring maximum 2 candi per district. Role is contract-based (fixed-term) to assist with data digitization, entry, reconciliation and basic verification tasks. Salary tied to BELTRON DEO pay-scales with statutory deductions applied. Onboarding requires proof of identity, proof of Bihar domicile, and a typing test (WPM = 40).

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Accurate data entry from forms/portals into government systems.
2) Verify scanned documents and flag inconsistencies. 3) Maintain daily entry logs and submit QC reports. 4) Assist supervisors during data reconciliation drives and audits. 5) Attend periodic training and comply with departmental SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have Skills :

1) Typing speed = 40 WPM (English / Hindi as required).
2) Familiarity with MS-Office (Excel) and basic data-entry tools. 3) Good eye for detail, ability to follow SOPs. 4) Basic knowledge of com Govt. document types (Aadhar, PAN, domicile, certificates). 5) Reliable internet / ability to work from government office location as assigned.

Experience :

Preferably 0-2 years for entry-level; experienced candi with prior government project exposure or BELTRON/agency work will be preferred. Must pass entry typing & accuracy test during selection.

Educational Qualification :

10+2 (preferred) or equivalentputer/typing certificate will be an advantage. Must be a resident of the district applied for (proof required).
