Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Invoice Processing Associate at Carisma Solutions Private Limited. The Invoice Processing Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to financial transactions and invoice processing.

Invoices will be received from client in Australia.
Invoices received are analysed and analysis of invoice is based on certain set of guidelines.
Invoices that confirm to the guidelines are processed.
Processing is done in client software and then claims are made at the client end.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in data transactions is good
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Any field.
