Job Description

Pinnacle Infotech Solutions is seeking a Contract Accounts Manager to join our Accounts department. The selected individual will be responsible for invoicing & managing and ensuring the timely recovery of accounts receivable as per contractual agreements. This role involves tracking all contracts, liaising with customers, and ensuring prompt payments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Track and maintain detailed records of contract terms, payment schedules, and outstanding balances.
to Monitor and manage accounts receivable for all contractual projects.
Communicate with customers ensure timely payment of invoices.
Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies in collaboration with the project and finance teams.
Prepare MIS reports
Prepare and send regular statements of accounts and reminders to customers.
Generate Invoices
Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to track payment status and identify overdue accounts.
Provide regular updates to senior management on accounts receivable status and recovery progress.

Total Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contracts and Accounts receivable management, preferably in a contract-based environment.

Desired Skill:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Desired Qualification:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting / Finance /Business Administration, or a related field.
