Job Description

As a Senior Level Accountant at our company, your role will involve overseeing the financial accounting processes and ensuring compliance with various standards and regulations. Your qualifications and experience will play a crucial role in contributing to the financial well-being of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following both Indian and overseas standards. - Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting activities. - Analyze financial data to offer insights and recommendations to the Management. - Establish and maintain internal control procedures to protect company assets and ensure adherence to laws and regulations. - Supervise accounting staff, offering guidance and support as necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to meet their financial requirements and goals. - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial service providers. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA). - Professional qualifications will be advantageous. - Minimum of 8-14 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory capacity. - Strong knowledge of Indian and international financial reporting requirements. - Familiarity with internal control procedures, industry-specific accounting practices, and CRM software. - Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a must-have knowledge of Tally accounting software. This is a full-time on-site position located in Durgapur, Jaipur, or Madurai, with a salary commensurate with your experience and skills. Your dedication and expertise will help drive the financial success of our organization.,
