Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Manager (BPS/BPO) - Blackbelt, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include leading and implementing business process improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves analyzing operational challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess and improve complex processes
• Experience in Operations Management and driving efficiency across various functions
• Proven track record in managing and delivering measurable outcomes in process optimization
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the BPS/BPO industry
