As a Lead - Continuous Improvement at the leading steel manufacturing company in Pune, Maharashtra, your role will involve driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles - Utilizing Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies - Driving digitization efforts - Implementing automation solutions - Ensuring Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices are followed To qualify for this position, you should have a BTech/BE in Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in the heavy manufacturing industry.
