Continuous Improvement & Excellence Specialist (Black Belt)

As the Manager Process Excellence (Black Belt) at our company, your role is to drive process and performance improvement activities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will collaborate closely with senior management on projects focused on automation, process enhancement, standardization, SOPs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading a team, coaching Green Belts/Analysts, ensuring timely project completion, and presenting findings to the leadership group. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a small team of analysts for various improvement projects. - Collaborate with senior managers, process owners, and SMEs to define improvement goals. - Collect and analyze data, measure progress, and share metrics of findings. - Monitor project progress, resolve conflicts, and prioritize deliverables. - Provide regular updates to the leadership group and build strong relationships with stakeholders. - Ensure documentation of knowledge-based documents and processes. - Promote professional growth and development within the team. - Conduct Lean/Six Sigma training sessions and lead workshops on process improvement activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred. - Black Belt certification required; PMP certification preferred. - 4+ years of experience in change management, project management, or data analysis. - Proficiency in statistical software and MS Office tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a results-driven attitude.
