Job Description

Job Title: Contingent Workforce Specialist

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program.
Support hiring managers with contingent workforce (CW) guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Review and approve new worker requests in alignment with internal policies.
Serve as the first point of escalation for issue resolution related to contingent workers.
Ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the MSP.
Partner with internal teams (e.g., HR, Procurement, Legal, IT) on audits and project-based initiatives.
Maintain and update process documentation regularly; ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Monitor compliance with program standards and support audit readiness efforts.
Continuously assess and improve operational processes for greater efficiency.
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction in every interaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skillset:

23 years of experience in contingent workforce management, staffing coordination, or HR operations.
Knowledge of contingent workforce processes and vendor management models.
Experience with HR systems such as
Workday
and
ServiceNow
(preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
PowerPoint
.
Comfortable working with dashboards, reports, and data management tools.
