What You Will Do:
Manage daily operations of the Contingent Worker ProgramSupport hiring managers with CW guidelines, policies, and proceduresMonitor and approve new worker requestsAct as the first point of escalation for contingent worker queries and issue resolutionCoordinate onboarding and offboarding with stakeholdersPartner with internal Adobe teams on quarterly reviews and project-based effortsMaintain process documentation and ensure updates are clearly communicatedDrive audit processes and support ad hoc projectsEnsure high levels of client service and stakeholder satisfaction Youre Good At:Building cross-functional relationships across teamsTaking a hands-on approach to problem solvingManaging multiple priorities under pressureFinding opportunities for process improvementAdapting quickly and working independently You Have:2–3 years of experience in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSolid Excel and PowerPoint capabilitiesHigh learning agility and comfort with ambiguityExperience with Workday and ServiceNow (preferred)Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skillsProfessionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-first mindset
