Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts - Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards - Assist in the development and updating of the continental menu by incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques - Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes, conduct taste tests, and maintain a clean and organized workstation - Assist in managing inventory levels, kitchen operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting preferences and dietary requirements Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Continental Cook or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen - Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation This full-time position with a day shift schedule is located in Andheri.
