Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, including: • Cold and hot mezze • Starters and appetizers • Pizzas (dough preparation, toppings, and baking) • Desserts and baked items • Assist in menu execution and daily mise-en-place. • Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices in the kitchen. • Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use. • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations. • Assist in receiving and storing supplies properly. • Follow portion control and wastage management practices. • Uphold high standards of teamwork and discipline in the kitchen.
