Job Description

Position Summary: The Barista/Captain exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality coffee beverages and serving food and drinks to guests. This role combines the skills of a barista with those of a restaurant server, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with consistency and quality. Take customer orders, offer menu recommendations, and accurately enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring timely and courteous service. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in both the barista station and dining area. Interact with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean workspace. Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing.
