Job Title: Continental Chef Reports to: Cafe Manager Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Continental Chef to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic Continental cuisine, including European-style dishes, pastries, and desserts. You'll be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Menu planning and development Food preparation and cooking Presentation and plating Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards Collaborating with cafe staff Managing inventory and supplies Ensuring consistency and quality Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in Continental cuisine Creativity and attention to detail Team player with excellent communication skills Preferred Skills: Pastry and dessert expertise Menu engineering and cost control What We Offer: Food and accommodation provided Paid leave If you're passionate about Continental cuisine and have a flair for creativity, we'd love to hear from you!
