Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Continental Chef (Commi 3) to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Mumbai location. The role includes assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a wide range of continental dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. You will follow recipes and guidelines and collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes that align with Blue Tokai's standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in continental cuisine preparation and culinary techniques
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Strong knife skills, preparation of ingredients, and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff
• Relevant experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with exposure to continental dishes
• Certification or diploma in culinary arts or a related field is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for food and interest in culinary excellence
