Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer, located in Mumbai. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating and editing web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading. The candidate will work collaboratively with the team to produce engaging and high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative content strategies tailored to each client’s podcast goals — including concept development, content calendars, and distribution plans.
• Research podcast and media trends to ensure scripts, show notes, and promotional content are fresh, engaging, and aligned with audience interests.
• Write compelling podcast scripts, titles, episode descriptions, and promotional copy that maintain brand voice and narrative consistency.
• Track and analyse content performance across platforms, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance reach and listener engagement.
• Collaborate with production, design, and marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling across audio and visual assets.
• Prepare presentations, decks, and proposals for new podcast projects or business opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality content and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Web Content Writing and Writing Skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategies
• Strong Research skills
• Proofreading skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Should be a culture fit - high willingness to learn, cautiously optimistic, high on loyalty.
