About Us

Upskill Abroad is a leading education consultancy specializing in UK and Australia study visas. We work with over 100+ universities worldwide and provide end-to-end solutions for students aspiring to study abroad. We are looking for a talented Content Writer who can craft compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and General Statements (GS) to support students in securing admissions and visas.

Role Overview

The Content Writer will be responsible for creating personalized, engaging, and professional SOPs and GS documents for students applying to international universities. The role requires excellent writing skills, creativity, and the ability to understand and present a student's profile effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand student profiles through provided data, interviews, and counseling notes.
  • Research academic programs, universities, and visa requirements to create tailored content.
  • Write Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and Goal Statements (GS) that reflect the student’s academic background, career goals, and motivation.
  • Ensure all content meets university guidelines and visa standards.
  • Revise and edit SOPs based on counselor or client feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information at all times.
  • Deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with admission officers, counselors, and the marketing team for accurate information.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and structure across all documents.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in academic or professional writing (SOP/essay writing preferred).
  • Excellent command over English grammar, vocabulary, and structure.
  • Ability to research and understand academic and immigration requirements.
  • Strong storytelling and persuasive writing skills.
  • Good understanding of university admissions processes is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver under strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Google Docs, and other writing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
