Content Writer & Social Media Manager

📌 Key Responsibilities 1) Content Writing & Brand Messaging Write high-quality content for brands based on their tone, requirements, and target audience. Write content for company profiles, founder profiles, and brand storytelling posts. Draft engaging copy for reels, carousels, text posts, landing pages, and basic ad copy when needed. Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags aligned with brand strategy (guidance will be provided). Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). 2. Social Media Posting & Management Post daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube (content will be provided). Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Desktop & LinkedIn Scheduler. Manage brand and founder social media profiles end-to-end. Engage with followers and non-followers via replying to comments, DMs, and starting meaningful conversations. 3. Engagement, Community Building & Growth Comment on 70–100 posts/day from founders, coaches, and creators (USA/UK focus). Save, like, follow, and interact with relevant profiles to train the algorithm. Send personalized DMs offering our service (scripts will be provided). Maintain a Google Sheet tracker for engagement, leads, profiles touched, conversations opened, etc. 4. Lead Generation & Outreach Build targeted lead lists using Instagram & LinkedIn. Perform manual outreach to potential clients using personalized messages. Track conversations, warm leads, and follow-ups systematically. 📌 Requirements Strong English writing skills (grammar, clarity, storytelling). Experience using Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Understanding of content formats, hooks, and trends is a big advantage. Fast learner, proactive communicator, and great attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple profiles and stay consistent with deadlines.
