📍 About Us: We’re a fast-growing personal branding agency that helps founders, coaches, and entrepreneurs from the USA, UK, and beyond build powerful online visibility through Reels, Carousels, and Storytelling content. We’re looking for a smart, reliable manager, who can post our content daily on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, help us grow our accounts and engage with our ideal clients (founders from the USA, UK, Australia, etc.) on Instagram by commenting, sending DMs, and helping us grow strategically. 📌 Responsibilities: 1. Daily Content Posting: Post content (reels, carousels, text) on Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok (we’ll provide everything) Write basic captions or hashtags when required (we’ll guide you) Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite, TikTok desktop, and LinkedIn 📈 2. Engagement & Growth Tasks: Comment on 70–100 posts/day from founders, coaches, and creators in the USA/UK Send personalized DMs offering our service (we’ll give the script) Save, like, and follow relevant accounts to train the algorithm Maintain a Google Sheet tracker for leads and interactions Requirements: Fluent in English (written and reading) Experience using Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Fast learner, proactive, and communicative Good eye for content & trends is a plus
