Role & responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop engaging, original, and informative content (blogs, website pages, newsletters, press releases, campaign copy etc.).
Translate complex medical/scientific concepts into easy-to-understand, parent-friendly content.
Create persuasive marketing content aligned with SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
Draft internal communications and employer branding material.

Social Media Management

Manage official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
Plan and execute
monthly content calendars
with creative campaigns around pregnancy, parenthood, health awareness, and brand initiatives.
Conceptualize visuals, work with designers, and write captions that
drive engagement & conversions

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance analytics.

Digital Marketing & Branding

Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Write compelling copy for
ads, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
.
Optimize content for lead generation and customer engagement.
Ensure brand voice, compliance, and accuracy in all communications.
