Manage video production from start to finish storyboarding, editing, sound design, and rendering. Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia projects. Stay updated with current design and animation trends, tools, and techniques. Generating leads through hospital/clinics. Giving presentation to the expecting parents. Responsible for opening counselling sessions. Responsible for enrolments and payment collections. Ensuring to place the marketing material at the clinic. Conduct and participate in the hospital activities like ANC and Baby Shower. Ensuring completion of client enrolment, payment collection, client agreement signing, generating SAR and ensuring smooth sample collection and dispatch to the lab. Responsible for good conversation from lead to presentation (30%) and from presentation to enrolment (50%). Updating leads/presentations/enrolments in the system on a daily basis. To ensure that there is no missed collection or cancellation of enrolment or any complaints by the clients To do regular follow-ups for the prospects.
