Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, etc.) with monthly spends of 20L+.
  • Monitor daily performance, allocate budgets effectively, and ensure high ROI & lead generation.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement data-driven solutions quickly.

SEO & Website Management

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic ranking, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, backlinking, and technical SEO audits.
  • Coordinate with developers for website improvements (UI/UX, landing pages, CRO).
  • Track website analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior to optimize funnel performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up advanced tracking via Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, and third-party tools.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide weekly/monthly dashboards on KPIs, CAC, ROI, and CPL.
  • Benchmark against competitors and market trends to scale campaigns.

Growth & Innovation

  • Scale digital campaigns beyond current spends while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Explore and test new channels (Affiliate, Influencer, Programmatic, Native Ads).
  • Support integration of marketing automation & CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, tech, sales).

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing & SEO (preferably healthcare, SaaS, or service industry).
  • Proven experience in handling 1520L monthly ad spends with measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CMS, WordPress, landing page builders.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets & reporting skills.
  • Certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) preferred.
