Apps Digital Marketing SME Paid Ads Support
About the Role
We are hiring Apps Digital Marketing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support and optimize app-based paid advertising campaigns for advertisers and agencies on a leading global digital advertising platform.
This is a customer-facing, consultative support role requiring strong expertise in app marketing, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Support
Provide expert support to advertisers, agencies, and partners via voice, chat, and email
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business goals and app growth objectives
Deliver clear, accurate, and professional communication across all interactions
App Campaign Management
Support app install, engagement, and conversion-focused campaigns
Assist with campaign setup, implementation, and optimization
Monitor performance metrics and recommend best practices for improvement
Technical & Troubleshooting
Support app conversion tracking using analytics and measurement tools
Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, attribution, and performance issues
Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions
Data Analysis & Optimization
Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
Recommend bidding, budget, and targeting improvements
Support A/B testing and performance experiments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal engineering, product, and operations teams
Escalate and track complex issues impacting advertiser experience
Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Mandatory Skills & Expertise
App-based paid digital advertising campaign experience
App campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
App conversion tracking and analytics tools
Performance analysis and reporting
Deep linking (basic to intermediate understanding)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
Customer-facing support experience (voice/chat/email)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience & Eligibility
Total Experience: Minimum 4 years in digital/performance marketing
Apps Experience: Minimum 2 years in app marketing or app campaign support
Role Level: SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Preferred (Good to Have)
Certifications in paid advertising platforms or app analytics
Experience supporting high-volume or global advertisers
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools
Experience working in fast-paced support environments
