Content Writer

We are looking for a Creative Content Writer who understands how words make people feel. This role is for someone who can write emotionally engaging content, strong hooks, and compelling narratives that hold attention—especially for social media platforms like YouTube. You will be responsible for writing various forms of storytelling content, including short-form and long-form scripts, emotional stories, and attention-grabbing social media content. Familiarity with AI writing tools is essential, as they will be used as part of the workflow (not as a replacement for creativity). Key Responsibilities - Write creative, emotional, and engaging content with strong hooks and storytelling flow Develop content for YouTube, social media, and digital platforms Create stories with clear emotional touchpoints (curiosity, tension, empathy, surprise, impact) Adapt tone and style based on content type (motivational, dramatic, sensual, inspirational, narrative, etc.) Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to assist in ideation, drafting, and refinement Edit, rewrite, and improve content to enhance emotional impact and retention Collaborate with the content strategy team to align writing with audience goals Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Content Writer / Script Writer / Story Writer Strong understanding of hooks, emotional triggers, and audience psychology Excellent command of written language (clarity, flow, structure, emotion) Experience using AI writing tools such as: ChatGPT Claude Gemini Ability to turn ideas into engaging stories, not just informational content Familiarity with YouTube-style storytelling and social media content formats Strong editing and rewriting skills Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)Experience writing YouTube scripts, reels, shorts, or viral content Understanding of content performance metrics (retention, engagement, watch time) Ability to write across multiple genres and emotional tones Experience working with creative teams or digital media brands What We’re Looking For A writer who understands emotion over information Someone who can write content people want to finish, not skip Comfortable using AI as a tool, but relies on human creativity and judgment Curious, adaptable, and open to feedback
