Job Title: Technical Writer – Content Intern (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Writer – Content Intern to join our

growing content team. As a technical writer, you will translate complex and specialized information

into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that helps users effectively understand and

interact with our products, services, and processes.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and communication and wants to

gain hands-on experience in creating structured, impactful content in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and understand product features, workflows, and technical processes.

* Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, manuals, help

articles, and FAQs.

* Simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences while maintaining accuracy and

clarity.

* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather information and

validate content.

* Assist in creating content for blogs, tutorials, and release notes.

* Review existing documentation and suggest improvements for structure, clarity, and

usability.

* Ensure content adheres to the company’s tone, style, and branding guidelines.

Requirements

* Recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a

related field.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.

* Basic understanding of software, apps, or technology products.

* Proficiency with documentation tools such as Google Docs, MS Word, or Markdown.

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Confluence, or GitHub.

* Knowledge of SEO and content structure best practices.

* Interest in UX writing, product content, or instructional design.
