Position: Part-Time Creative & Digital Strategy Lead Reports to: Parvinder Kadyan Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable) Engagement: Part-time (10–20 hours/week) Compensation: Hourly + Performance Incentives (based on monetization & earnings) About the Role We are seeking a Creative & Digital Strategy Lead to partner directly with Parvinder Kadyan in shaping his content vision, public presence, and brand monetization strategy. This is not just a “social media manager” role — it’s a co-brain position for someone who thrives at the intersection of Entreprenuership, creativity, brand building, PR, and business growth. You will lead all creative, digital, outreach, and PR initiatives, while also building and managing a small team of editors, designers, and support staff to deliver high-quality, impactful content and campaigns. Core Responsibilities 1. Creative & Digital Leadership • Lead content ideation, scripting, and execution for all social channels (video, photo, written). • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across platforms. • Oversee visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and professional look. • Form and manage a team of video editors, designers, and other creative contributors. • Set clear workflows, deadlines, and creative standards for team output. 2. Outreach & PR • Identify, pitch, and negotiate with brands, influencers, event organizers, and media outlets. • Secure joint campaigns, sponsorships, and guest appearances. • Build and maintain a network of industry connections. 3. Brand Engagement • Respond to comments, DMs, and public mentions to nurture audience trust and loyalty. • Create strategies for community growth and retention. 4. Speaking & Visibility Opportunities • Research and secure conference slots, podcast interviews, webinars, and media features. • Prepare applications, speaker bios, and pitch decks as needed. 5. Analytics & Growth Strategy • Track engagement metrics and report actionable insights. • Refine strategies for audience expansion and monetization. • Experiment with content formats for maximum reach and conversion. Who We’re Looking For • A creative all-rounder who knows the content business. • Skilled in outreach, networking, and brand negotiation. • Experienced in building and managing creative teams (editors, designers, assistants,interns). • A self-starter who can work independently and deliver without constant oversight. • Prior experience in personal brand management, influencer strategy, or PR. • Strong grasp of social media trends, algorithms, and monetization tactics. Time Commitment • 10–20 hours/week, with flexibility for peak periods (campaign launches, events). • Must be available for regular strategy calls and quick turnarounds when needed. Compensation Structure • Base: Hourly retainer for agreed weekly hours. • Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to: • Sponsorships and collaborations secured. • Monetized content earnings (platform payouts, brand deals). • Revenue from speaking engagements.
