Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and execute customer support content strategy across formats
  • Craft clear, brand-aligned support content (Help Center, chatbot, IVR, etc.)
  • Use insights from support journeys to address pain points through content
  • Track content performance metrics to refine strategy and improve experience

Role Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for content in the Customer Experience org
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Strategy teams to align content with business goals
  • Ensure customer-first language and tone across all support content
  • Interpret data to identify content gaps and recommend improvements
