Responsibilities

• 1. Listing products on e-commerce sites within timelines.
• 2. Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information.
• 3. Coordinate with external or internal photography teams for catalog shoot images.
• 4. Coordinate with various internal and external teams like Sourcing, Ecommerce, Marketing, Warehouse teams, vendors etc. for upload information.
• 5. Ensure that ongoing offers / promotions are accurately reflected on online marketplaces.
• 6. Update changes or information on the website swiftly.
• 7. Identify easier solutions and processes for cataloging and highlight them internally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in excel is a must
• Excellent English skills, with a special focus on grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• A knack for writing product descriptions
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, or Journalism
• Portfolio of catalog writing samples for review
• Two to three years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to write user-friendly, engaging copy about highly technical subjects
