About the Role

Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for

  Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website

  (reels, posts, stories, blogs, scripts).
• Write compelling

  copy, captions, hooks, and scripts

  aligned with brand voice.
• Develop and execute

  content strategies

  & monthly content calendars.
• Conduct thorough research to create accurate and valuable content.
• Collaborate with designers, editors & marketing team to turn ideas into strong visuals and videos.
• Stay updated with

  trends, formats, platform updates

  , and implement them in content.
• Monitor content performance and optimize for better reach & engagement.
• Proofread and ensure all deliverables are polished, error-free, and on-brand.

What are we looking for

• Minimum

  1 year experience

  in content creation, writing, or digital marketing.
• Strong

  storytelling

  , creativity, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in

  content writing, web writing, and basic SEO

  .
• Familiarity with tools like

  Canva, Photoshop, Figma

  (bonus).
• Basic video editing skills (

  Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.

  ).
• Comfortable appearing in videos (optional, but a plus).
• Must be based in

  Trichy

  and available to work

  on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing

  , or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
