Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Journalism and Mass Communication and a proven ability to create engaging, original, and impactful content. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, posts, and digital storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice, style, and objectives.
  • Research industry-related topics, trends, and competitor strategies to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track content performance and adapt strategies to improve results.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and maintain a strong brand identity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in content writing, preferably for social media.
  • Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creating multimedia content (graphics, reels, short videos).
  • Understanding of analytics tools to measure social media performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
