We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Team Lead to manage our content team and drive the creation of high-quality, engaging, and strategic content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and editor with a proven track record of managing content teams, aligning content strategy with business goals, and maintaining brand voice and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, editors, and creators. Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of the content calendar. Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, consistency, and SEO best practices. Review, edit, and approve content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone of voice. Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and deliverables within the team. Identify content gaps and new opportunities based on market trends and audience behavior. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in content creation, editing, or content marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, editing, and content strategy skills. Excellent command of English and strong attention to detail. Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals. Experience using content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
