Content Strategy Analyst IISummary:Content Strategy and Development (CS&D) provides the technical andoperational information that customers and stakeholders need to dobusiness with Mastercard. We foster solutions toprovide the right content, to the right stakeholders, in the right format, at theright time. We accomplish this goal by collaborating with business partners tounderstand customer needs and deliver timely, high-quality information in awide range of media and languages.Overview:This position involves creating and delivering technical content andpublications about Mastercard products and services for our customers.The position involves performing all stages of the processes to publishtechnical content in online, mobile, and printed formats. It also includesresearching, evaluating, selecting, and implementing new enterprise-wideprocesses and technologies.Are you passionate about technology and finding new ways of doingthings that challenge the status quo?Do you enjoy finding new solutions for delivering digital content?Do you enjoy working on a team that interfaces with business partnersacross the globe?Role:Work with cross functional Teams and multiple Business/Product Owners tocreate and update technical contentEnsure updates are made to content in accordance to the CS&D writingstandardsManage day-to-day writing and publishing needs to deliver content online forconsumption through multiple channels including Web and mobileProvide excellent customer service to our business partners and customersAuthor in XML or markdown, a tool utilized for content creation and editingPublish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, such asPDF, HTML, and WikiAll About You:Possesses strong organizational and time management skillsExhibit strong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn new technology programs and process to drive innovationthrough ingenuity, creativity, and thoughtful risksAdaptable to dynamic change and ambiguity thriving in a fast-pacedenvironmentTeam player, with the ability to interact and consult with various levelsthroughout the organization to cultivate and expand partnershipsExhibit the highest degree of professionalism, accountability, andempowerment to drive resultsExperience with Microsoft Office productsBasic understanding of DITA/XML, HTML, and PDFBasic knowledge with MSTP/Chicago/any other technical publicationguidelinesCorporate Security Responsibility
