Job Description

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Content Strategy Analyst II at Mastercard, you will be responsible for creating and delivering technical content and publications about Mastercard products and services for customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and multiple business/product owners to update technical content, ensuring it meets the CS&D writing standards. Your role will involve managing day-to-day writing and publishing needs to deliver content online through various channels. Additionally, you will be accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with cross-functional teams and multiple business/product owners to create and update technical content. - Ensure updates are made to content in accordance with CS&D writing standards. - Manage day-to-day writing and publishing needs to deliver content online for consumption through multiple channels. - Provide excellent customer service to business partners and customers. - Author in XML or markdown for content creation and editing. - Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, including PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help file generation. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess strong organizational and time management skills. - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. - Technologically savvy with the ability to spearhead innovation through creativity. - Adaptable to dynamic changes and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to identify process improvement opportunities. - Team player with the ability to interact and consult with various levels throughout the organization. - Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and empowerment to drive results. - Basic working understanding of content localization. - Experience with Microsoft Office products. - Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of Information Architecture. - Experience with or prepared to learn content management systems and authoring tools such as Ixiasoft, Oxygen, XML, xMetal, Visual Studio Code. - Familiarity with taxonomy and entitlements within HTML, Markdown, and XML. - Willingness to mentor and train peers. - Experience with technical publication guidelines. *Note: Omitting the section on Corporate Security Responsibility as it does not directly relate to the job responsibilities.*,
