As a Content Strategist, you will be instrumental in identifying and categorizing content types, partnering with Sales and Product teams to define high-impact themes, creating engaging content optimized for various channels, and running rapid experiments to enhance content performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and categorize content types that drive business outcomes, including written, video, audio, and visual content. - Partner with Sales and Product teams to define high-impact content themes. - Create clear, engaging content optimized for different channels and audiences. - Own end-to-end publishing, ensuring timely and effective distribution. - Run rapid experiments to test content formats, messaging, and campaigns. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, measure performance, and iterate quickly. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree from a reputable college. - 1-4 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Consulting, Startups, or Business Analysis. - Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for content creation and analysis. - Strong analytical skills with a bias for action. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes. - Demonstrated excellence outside academics with at least one standout achievement in areas such as sports, arts, leadership, or publications.
