About the Role

You'll own content strategy, execution and lead generation across LinkedIn, social media, blogs, and marketing collateral for B2B tech clients and our founder's personal brand. This is equal parts strategy and hands-on writing.

Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Social Media (50%)

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content calendars for clients and founder
• Write 8-12 LinkedIn posts per week (mix of client accounts + personal brand)
• Engage strategically: comments on target accounts, community participation
• Track performance metrics and optimize based on data
• Repurpose content across Twitter/X, Reddit, and other platforms
• Lead generation through Linkedin

Long-form Content (30%)

• Blog posts and articles (SEO-optimized)
• Case studies and customer stories
• Website copy and landing pages
• Email sequences and newsletter content
• Thought leadership pieces and bylined articles

Marketing Collateral (20%)

• One-pagers and product briefs
• Sales decks and presentation copy
• Ad copy for paid campaigns (work with Digital Marketing Specialist)
• Product launch content (Product Hunt, press releases)

Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years B2B Tech or enterprise software related content marketing experience (not just social media management)
• Strong portfolio: Share LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies you've written
• Proven LinkedIn results: engagement rates, follower growth, lead generation
• Excellent English writing (native-level fluency, no grammatical errors)
• Understanding of B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or fintech industries
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging content

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B tech and enterprise software related content strategy
• SEO content writing experience
• Personal LinkedIn following (shows you practice what you preach)
• Video script writing
• Experience with founder personal branding

AI Tools Proficiency (Critical)

• Advanced ChatGPT/Claude usage for research, drafts, and ideation
• AI writing assistants (Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar)
• AI image tools for social media graphics
• Ability to use AI as accelerant while maintaining authentic voice
