We're building a GTM-as-a-Service practice serving B2B SaaS and enterprise tech companies. You'll own paid acquisition, analytics, and campaign optimization across multiple client accounts and internal products.

Paid Advertising (60%)

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
• Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Manage ad budgets ($20-100/day per client initially, scaling up)
• Weekly performance reporting with actionable insight

SEO & Website (25%)

• Technical SEO audits and implementation
• AI search optimization (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
• Landing page optimization for conversion
• Keyword research and content briefs for SEO articles

Analytics & Reporting (15%)

• Set up dashboards (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
• Track CAC, conversion rates, ROAS across campaigns
• Competitor ad analysis (Meta Ad Library, SEMrush)

Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads
• Proven results: Share campaign screenshots showing ROAS, CTR, conversions
• Google Ads certification
• Experience with B2B SaaS or tech products (not just e-commerce/D2C)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager
• Working knowledge of landing page builders (Webflow, Framer, Unbounce)
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Good to Have

• LinkedIn Ads experience
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Experience with Product Hunt launches
• Reddit/community marketing experience

AI Tools Proficiency (Critical)

• Must actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, copywriting, analysis
• Experience with AI image generation for ad creatives (Midjourney, DALL-E, Ideogram)
• Familiarity with AI analytics tools
