Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the growth charter:

  Build and manage a high-quality network of potential corporate clients and brand leaders who value strategic content; map target accounts, run consultative conversations, shape proposals/SOWs, and convert pipelines into revenue.

• Strategic collaboration:

  Work with client teams, senior leadership, and subject-matter experts to manage high-ticket projects that drive brand strategy from the top.

• Lead end-to-end delivery:

  Manage multiple corporate content projects, ensuring high quality and on-time execution.

• Editorial development:

  Research, conceptualize, and produce editorial-style content—newsletters, blogs, interviews, features, and long-form narratives.

• Editorial excellence:

  Edit and refine content to high journalistic standards—accuracy, clarity, and media-friendly quality.

• Media partnerships:

  Explore tie-ups with media houses for special features, projects, and content placements.

• Client leadership:

  Manage expectations, run reviews, and serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects.

• Team mentoring:

  Guide junior writers and members to maintain consistency and delivery excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years

  of experience across journalism, business reporting, marketing, business strategy, business development, communications or public relations.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to diverse brand voices.
• Proven ability to mine stories, conduct interviews, and build narratives from research.
• Demonstrated client-management and relationship-building capability; comfort in consultative sales conversations is a plus.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder-handling skills.
• A strong interest in roles at the intersection of

  corporate communications and strategic content

  ; familiarity with AI-enabled content tools is an advantage.
