About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize engaging content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing, and research skills, with a passion for creating content that informs, inspires, and drives results. Candidates based in Delhi or willing to relocate will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and rankings.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and brand alignment.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and provide insights for optimization.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication and consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Content Specialist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and social media strategy.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, HTML, or multimedia tools is a plus.
• Delhi-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
