Content Solutions Senior Analyst

Role Overview: As a Content Solutions Senior Analyst (CSSA) at bp, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Customer Management System (CMS) activities of the people portal, ensuring the delivery of a great and efficient P&C platform for our people. Your role will involve building strong partnerships with team members, content owners, and other P&C stakeholders to deliver an engaging and compelling portal experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the update of core P&C content, ensuring it is relevant and aligns with content owner requirements - Apply correct personas to target specific audiences - Ensure content owners adhere to the writing style guide and suggest improvements as needed - Engage content owners during testing phases - Report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies - Apply optimal design to pages using correct layouts, images, and writing styles - Support both BAU and project activities - Develop positive working relationships with various bp content owners - Understand business requirements and propose solutions to challenges Qualifications Required: - A university degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in HR systems, business analysis, and process development/documentation - Strong understanding of HR guidelines and standard processes - Experience in graphic design - Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies - Experience working within a global organization - Skills in stakeholder management, continuous improvement, analytical thinking, and more - Technical expertise in content management solutions, Salesforce knowledge is a plus - Ability to edit imagery with Photoshop or similar software - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail - Proven track record of evaluating and implementing value-added solutions - Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively - Strong team alignment and collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Note: No additional details about the company are provided in the Job Description.),
