What you’ll do

dev, design, and marketing

Dev content

• Product updates, changelogs, feature drops (UI library + SaaS)
• “How it works” breakdowns, build-in-public posts, mini demos
• Developer-friendly content: clean, specific, no fluff

Design content

• UI library showcases, component breakdowns, UX decisions
• Before/after, design systems, teardown-style posts
• Visual storytelling for products + service work

Marketing / growth content

• Case studies, offers, positioning posts, founder-led narratives
• Content that educates business owners, managers, sales teams
• Lead-gen content that doesn’t feel salesy but still converts

Execution

• Weekly content calendar + daily output
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, post copy
• Repurpose everything: long → short, Twitter → LinkedIn, demo → reels
• Work with founders/team to capture content, ship fast, iterate based on analytics

Who you are

• You’re

  techy + creative

  . Could be a dev or designer who loves content.
• You understand how dev/design/marketing people think and what they care about.
• You’re

  fast

  , consistent, and don’t need hand-holding.
• You’re extroverted enough to ask questions, coordinate, and get stuff done.
• You have taste. You know what’s cringe vs premium.

Must-have skills (non-negotiable)

• Can explain complex stuff simply (SaaS, products, systems)
• Can write hooks + structured posts
• Can ship content consistently (not “once in a while” energy)

Bonus points

• Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci) - upto you, but we prefer premiere
• Comfortable recording screens + doing quick demos
• Familiar with GitHub / product release culture / UI system thinking
• Comfortable on camera (even if it’s minimal)

• Salary:

  ₹3.6 LPA + office perks
