BetterWay is an outcome focussed, full-stack, chronic care platform, deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic science of holistic medicine. We own the Patient journey end to end, making it transparent and accessible for Urban users, who suffer from a chronic lifestyle disorder.
To fulfill this promise, our gene has two intrinsic values:
1.Patient ownership i.e. owning the patient journey end to end via the diagnosis, panchakarma, medicine, and diet counselling.
By the 5th year into its journey, BetterWay would be on its way to treating 5 lakh patients annually. This will be achieved by protocol-driven super specialty among top 4/5 Chronic ailments. Enabled by a world-class, IP-owning care community of nearly 200 clinicians and 300 therapists. In this journey, BetterWay IP Medicines and Supplements will be directly consumed by 10Lakh+ Happy users and families of BetterWay-treated patients. BetterWay will be India's trusted household name & default reference point, for all things related to Ayurvedic medicine, treatment, and supplements
As a Social Media and Content Intern at Betterway, you will co-create and shape the Betterway brand's presence across Social Media platforms, namely WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
The aim is to build a credible, conversation-worthy Brand around natural and holistic wellness for Urban Indians. We envision the Betterway social brand to be the default destination for all things Ayurved and healthier living for 20 million Indians who are tied to the new urban living setup.
In essence, as a social media and content intern, you are not just a contributor but a storyteller, strategist, and brand advocate. You will be able to channel your passion for social media and gain an understanding of marketing principles to develop creative concepts that not only educate your target audience but also inspire wellness and holistic living.
This goal will be accomplished through the execution of the roles and responsibilities outlined below:
Assist in developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy.
Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content for our social media platforms.
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends.
Draft, edit, and update content for the website, blogs, and other online platforms.
Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for visibility across search engines.
Maintain consistency of tone, style, and branding across all digital touchpoints.
Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, trends, and engagement activities.
Work closely with design, marketing, and medical experts to ensure content accuracy and creativity.
Support cross-functional projects such as campaign launches, webinars, and patient awareness
initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or have industry exposure in the relevant field.
A knack for content and a creator at heart
Extensive knowledge of what it takes to engage the audience like shooting, video production,
social media, and its engagement mechanisms.
Ability to turn a concept into compelling content, and incorporate our brand voice &
identity.
The mindset of an owner who carries the passion to build something from the ground up,
essentially a founding team member.
First principles problem solver with enthusiasm for social media and content.
Ability to work with creative graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Inshots,or any
other relevant platform.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
