Role Description

Develop creative, engaging, and original scripts for entertainment projects, including short dramas, web shorts, podcasts, reels, and promotional videos.

Write, proofread, and edit content for dubbing, subtitles, and dialogues, ensuring linguistic accuracy, emotional impact, and audience resonance.

Translate and adapt English or international scripts into Hindi and regional languages, preserving tone, humour, and cultural nuance.

Collaborate closely with directors, creative producers, and voice artists to deliver high-quality storytelling aligned with the project vision.

Conduct detailed research on assigned topics, genres, or characters to enhance script realism and depth.

Stay up-to-date with trending formats, OTT platforms, pop culture, and audience engagement patterns to craft relevant and appealing stories.

Write engaging content for digital campaigns, social media storytelling, and YouTube content aligned with the entertainment industry tone.

Review and proofread content for grammar, structure, and brand voice consistency.

Utilise AI and creative tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Grammarly, etc.) for ideation, visualisation, and quality enhancement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

1-5 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or creative storytelling, preferably within entertainment, dubbing, short dramas, film production, or digital media.

Strong command of Hindi and English, with the ability to translate, localize, and adapt content for multiple audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Literature, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven skill in writing short dramas, character-driven narratives, and dialogue-rich scripts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
