We’re seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Content & Platform Manager to support a growing executive coaching brand with daily content production, podcast management, lead generation, and Kajabi platform support.

🔧 Core Responsibilities:

🎬 Video/Audio Editing – Daily short-form videos & weekly podcast production

🌐 Kajabi Platform Management – Website, courses, CRM, and automations

📩 Lead Generation – Research + outreach pipeline for executive coaching clients

📨 Email Campaigns – Template creation and CRM integration

📱 Social Media Management – Posting across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok

🎙️ Podcast Guest Coordination – Research & scheduling

🗓 Content Production Schedule:

Daily (Weekdays): 2–3 min video clips for social + podcast

Weekly: 1x interview podcast (audio + video) – scaling to 2x/week

Courses: 3 courses being edited externally – need Kajabi integration & setup

🧠 Tech & Skills Required:

✅ Expertise in Kajabi (website, course hosting, CRM)

✅ Strong video/audio editing skills

✅ Familiarity with SEO, social media algorithms & trends

✅ CRM knowledge (email flows, segmentation)

✅ Comfortable with lead research and outreach processes
