Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, research-driven content marketer who can take complex enterprise workflows and convert them into high-quality content: videos, webinars, articles, demos, customer stories, and product explainers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Production

  • Create videos including product explainers, feature walkthroughs, AI automation demos, and customer use-case stories.
  • Support planning and execution of webinars covering CRM workflows, pharma operations, and AI agentic automation.
  • Write high-quality blogs, articles, whitepapers, and case studies tailored for life-science buyers.
  • Develop content for emails, landing pages, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Convert technical product features into compelling narratives for marketing and sales enablement.

2. Content-Driven Lead Generation

  • Distribute content across the right channels (LinkedIn, email, niche pharma communities).
  • Ensure that every content campaign ties back to

    demo bookings, sign-ups, or product usage

  • Reach out to prospects with relevant content and follow up until demo scheduling is achieved.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance (views, leads, demo conversion rate).

3. Product & Industry Analysis

  • We will provide lists of SME pharma companies; you must analyze their business type, workflows, and potential CRM needs.
  • Create content proposals tailored to each company:
    • Which videos would appeal to them?
    • Which articles or case studies would educate or convert them?
    • What webinar topics match their pain points?
  • Study the product deeply and propose content themes for different pharma segments (manufacturers, traders, distributors, formulators, etc.).

4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Workflows

  • Work alongside Sales teams to produce enablement content that supports deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to gather insights, user stories, and feature updates.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar tied to product launches, sales cycles, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with video formats, webinars, and storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content distribution channels.
  • Ability to research SME pharma companies and map their workflows to content opportunities.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfort with tools like Canva, Loom, Google Workspace; familiarity with editing tools is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience creating YouTube-style educational videos, Reels, or B2B explainer videos.
  • Exposure to pharma operations, supply chain, QA/QC, regulatory affairs, or manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of CRM concepts, B2B SaaS marketing, or AI/LLM ecosystems.
  • Ability to host webinars or co-present alongside product specialists.

Interview Process

Round 1 – Content Creation Assignment

Candidates will evaluate an SME pharma company (provided by us) and propose:

  • Content types (videos, blogs, webinar topics).
  • Messaging strategy tailored to that company.
  • A sample short script or outline.

Round 2 – Review + Culture Fit

  • Discussion on your approach, research ability, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Evaluation of your ability to link content leads demos conversions.
