Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to handle end-to-end content planning, creation, and delivery across digital platforms. The role focuses on driving organic traffic growth, managing social media channels, podcasts, and brand content for Digital Azadi.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content from ideation to delivery across all platforms
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Drive organic traffic growth through content strategy and SEO-friendly practices
• Develop and manage video, reel, and long-form content for Instagram & YouTube
• Handle podcast planning, scripting, coordination, and publishing
• Ensure consistent brand voice for Digital Azadi
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and video teams for timely execution
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies using insights and analytics
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadline adherence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Manager or Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Knowledge of organic growth strategies and SEO basics
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience with podcast content is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with content tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing or ed-tech sector
• Basic understanding of video editing and content trends
• Data-driven mindset with creative execution
