Role Overview: As a member of the Figrr team at Swiggy, you will play a crucial role in ideating and creating engaging content across various formats such as Reels, carousels, and interviews. Your primary focus will be on showcasing culture, people, and places to offer an immersive experience to the audience. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure that the content is cohesive, well-crafted, and aligned with the brand's vision. Additionally, you will attend events, performances, and talks to capture compelling narratives and work closely with collaborators to co-create resonant stories. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the ideation and creation of content across various formats like Reels, carousels, and interviews with a strong emphasis on culture, people, and places. - Stay updated on emerging trends, cultural shifts, community-driven events, and local scenes to create relevant and engaging content. - Collaborate with design, video, and post-production teams to maintain cohesive and on-brand content. - Attend events, exhibits, talks, performances, etc., to capture and translate them into compelling narratives. - Co-create stories with collaborators, creators, and community members that resonate with the audience. - Maintain a regular posting schedule in alignment with Figrr's content calendar. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative reviews with the wider Servd team. - Monitor content performance and audience engagement to refine content strategies as needed. - Contribute to shaping the editorial tone and storytelling approach across different platforms. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in content creation, writing, or editorial roles, preferably in culture, media, or creative industries. - Ability to lead, mentor, and manage creative teams effectively. - Strong writing and communication skills with a clear sense of structure, tone, and visual storytelling. - Familiarity with Instagram's content formats, platform trends, and performance best practices. - Strong awareness of local culture and events, particularly in art, design, food, fashion, music, and more. - Collaborative, detail-oriented professional with excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate across teams. - Curious, observant, and proactive individual with a keen interest in people, places, and creative communities.,
