In knowledge management at PwC, you will focus on the organisation, creation, and dissemination of knowledge and information within the organisation. Your work will involve developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, processes, and tools to capture, store, and share knowledge effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to identify knowledge gaps, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote industry leading practices to enhance organisational learning and decision-making.Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. In our fast-paced environment, you are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Content & Knowledge Management
  • Publish and maintain large volumes of content on PwC internal portals.
  • Sanitize documents to mitigate Firm risk
  • Collaborate with onshore teams to support content collection, sanitization, archival, and retrieval processes.
  • Act as a custodian of knowledge assets for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to content development for marketing materials, internal campaigns, and reporting.
  • Enhance existing content on Connected Source to ensure continued business relevance. 
  • Upload and manage knowledge assets using Connected Source content management system (CCMS).
Project Support & Best Practices
  • Manage diverse requests with quick turnaround times and high quality.
  • Have ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Identify and share process improvement opportunities and best practices.
