About the Role

Conference Production Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Lead Generation

• Conduct desk research on industry leaders, potential speakers, sponsors, and partners.
• Build and update contact databases for outreach.

• Project Management & Coordination

• Maintain and update project status reports and trackers.
• Share regular progress updates with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are monitored and met.

• Collaterals & Website Management

• Coordinate updates for conference websites, agendas, and digital assets.
• Assist in proofreading and ensuring accuracy across marketing and event collaterals.

• Team Support

• Assist the production team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
• Follow through on assigned tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields

  .
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
